We
are a regular vendor at the Des Moines Downtown Farmers Market. The
traditional outdoor market is held every Saturday typically from Mother's Day weekend to Halloween. Market hours are
7:00 am - 12 noon, rain or shine. The
market is located on Court Avenue between 1st (at the Des Moines River)
and 5th (at the Courthouse). You'll find our market stall on the
north side of Court Ave between the river and 2nd.
The
2011 market season begins Saturday, May 7th and concludes October 29th. Come see us there!!
For 2011, due
to street and storm water construction, we will be in a new location!
We are still on the north side of Court Avenue but between 2nd and 3rd Streets
(one block west, away from the river, of our old location).
In
2010 there where two indoor markets and we anticiapte them again in 2011. The first is
typically the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving at Capitol Square/Nollen Plaza.
The second is typically the Saturday prior to Christmas from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, also at Capitol
Square/Nollen Plaza.
